About Erin
Hi, I’m Erin Treu.
Math and logic have always been interests of mine; I love the structure that math provides and the challenge of finding the answers to challenging problems. After more than a decade of experience as a classroom teacher, curriculum researcher and tutor, I have developed methods and explanations that resonate with individual students. I have worked with eighth graders to high school seniors in a variety of math topics ranging from Pre-Algebra to AP Calculus and Discrete Mathematics. I enjoy teaching math because it brings out the complex beauty in the world around us. But my favorite thing about teaching is the students that I work with.
